3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Age and Capacity Requirements

  • Primary Users: Students in grades 9-12 (typically ages 14-18)
  • Minors: Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent where legally mandated
  • Legal Capacity: Users must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
  • Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for minors' platform use

3.2 Account Registration
