Company only collects limited Personal Information from students (“Children’s Personal Information”) directly from the school, teacher, parent or guardian who has registered and paid for the Services. If you are below the age of eighteen (18), please do not send any Children’s Personal Information about yourself to us, other than what we request from your parent or guardian who registers for the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Children’s Personal Information from a student without parental consent being obtained by his or her school, and/or teacher, or if we learn a minor has provided us Children’s Personal Information beyond what we request during the registration process, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a student may have provided us Children’s Personal Information beyond what is requested when signing up for the Website, or that a student’s school, or teacher has not obtained parental consent, please contact us at contact@Akamori.com. Hereinafter, references to “Personal Information” shall apply to personal information of individual Website users who are not student registrants. References to “Children’s Personal Information” shall only apply to personal information of student users of the Website. General references to “information” shall apply to all users. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if you are a minor and your school, teacher, parent or guardian has signed up for the Website, you understand that your parent or teacher can view all information within or associated with the account, including without limitation progress reports and usage data that tracks your performance on assessments, assignments and other features available through the Services.
What Personal Information Does the Company Collect?
